RENOVATION &
NEW BUILD

We draft all necessary plans and elevations as well as provide all related schedules and documentation to review with your selected contractor. We are also happy to be involved early on in the selection process and/or make recommendations when it comes to choosing your contractor.

PROJECT
MANAGEMENT

Whether it's on the furnishings or construction side, we can manage the project for you. We would take care of the purchasing and shipping logistics of all decorative goods OR in the case of construction, serve as the primary contact with your contractor and filter the information to make life easier for you.

We know that upgrading your home can be overwhelming, so our goal is to make the design process as straightforward and seamless as possible. We follow the steps below on every project and tailor them to meet your needs.

  • First we discuss your needs, goals, budget, timeline, and any existing inventory you want to include in the final design.

  • Next we’ll come up with unique design solutions to achieve your goals. You’ll begin to see any necessary drawings (plans, elevations) and various concept and inspiration images.

  • Then we present all proposed selections for your review and approval - whether it’s finishes, furnishings, or a combination of the two.

  • Using the approved selections, we condense all of the information into quotes and schedules. Schedules break down each material by type and location so that your contractor knows where everything goes.

  • Lastly, we provide logistical oversight and project management to ensure that your project runs smoothly and the design goals are achieved.
